Hi, I'm Brittney - an Aussie living in Amsterdam making my way through the city one bitterball at a time.
I’m a passionate designer, big joke teller, horrible shower singer, always curious and forever learning...among many other things of course.
Currently I'm creating kick-ass content as the creative lead for Swapfiets (The bike with the blue front tire totally shaking up the cycling and product circularity game).
Prior to moving to the Netherlands I designed for adidas in Melbourne for over 6 years where I worked on creating iconic sporting apparel and brought huge campaigns to life through graphic design.
I love working with open minded people & brands to create content that connects, tells a story, engages and provokes.

Currently I'm working brand side for Swapfiets as the creative lead. I manage a team of creatives in our in-house design studio, together we work on all types of marketing materials, from major campaigns to retail collateral. Working in a face paced, start up environment has helped me develop new skills quickly, implement new processes and grow the business through marketing. Prior to this I was the senior graphic designer at Swapfiets for 2 years. In this time I was responsible the brand refresh and creation of style/brand guides as well as creating all digital and print assets for the brand.
Art direction: Creative team, stakeholder & project management, concepting, directing, pitching.
Digital design: Video editing, animation, email, dOOH, web banners, SoMe assets, performance ads.
Print design: OOH, retail and POS, posters/flyers, clothing/product design.
Brand design: Logo design, icon design, illustration, brand book, style guide
As a side gig, I've worked for over 5 years as a freelance graphic designer and visual artist for individuals to large companies. I love working with different people to help bring their ideas to life. Some of my clients include: Victoria Bitter, adidas, Bae the Label, Hey Chef, Insight, Dial-Up, Peak, Tale of Two, Vetjebol.

At 21 I started my design career at adidas after graduating from Fashion Design. I was responsible for creating sportswear designs for some of the biggest teams within Australia/New Zealand and beyond. After working in apparel design for 4 years it was time for a change and I found new energy and passion for graphic design, so I accepted a full time position within the brand team. My graphic output varied from major campaigns to reactive social content. Working in small team in a fast paced environment allowed me to grow quickly & have ownership/impact across many different functions.
